What We Offer
Programs
Ages 2-3: Pre-preschooler (K1)
At this age, there are so many wonders and curiosity. This program is a perfect stepping stone for our pre-preschoolers. They will grow to learn to be independent. Our pre-preschoolers will also develop the ability to work with others, follow directions, self-regulate, follow routines, and build self-help skills.
Ages 3-4: Preschooler (K2)
Our early learning fundamentals prepare your child for future education by incorporating cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. Our program features daily activities that encourage children’s literacy, mathematics, science, and social skills. Themed activities are provided to help children become problem solvers and develop a love of lifelong learning
Ages 4-5: Transitional Kindergarten Class (K3)
As your child learns to make decisions and follow routines, we provide experiences that encourage independence and a love of learning. Your child will learn how to communicate through our excellent literacy program and develop a healthy mind and body through indoor and outdoor activities that enhance
fine- and gross- motor skills.
MCCYN Fee Assistance Program
Child Care Aware® of America operates a Fee Assistance Program that serves military and non-military families. If you have a valid state license and annual licensing inspection, you may be eligible to participate in the program.
AFHCC Programs (Air Force Home Child Care) &Deployment Program
NorischoolKids is the first home child care program in the state of Virginia to be selected by The Air Force Community Care Program.The Air Force HCC program provides children care for U.S Air Force Reserve/ Guard members.Care is provided in quality family care homes throughout the United States.We have deployment programs, which are pre-deployment and deployment childcare for the spouse.
The Child Care Assistance and Referral (CCAR)
program provides resources and referrals to families about various center-based and family child care programs located throughout the county. This program also offers financial assistance for child care to eligible Fairfax County, City of Fairfax or City of Falls Church families, and support to child care programs and providers.
Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, DoD Fee Assistance Program
We are proud to partner with the United States Military and Department of Defense to serve and support their families.
